    At the last presentation SP was very positive about Uganda and indicated that the initial option would almost certainly involve trucking , pending decision/ construction of a pipeline . He claimed that he was repsonsible for a 100,000 bod trucking operation with BP in Russia. So it is not as simple as a go/no go situation with a pipeline.

    The forthcoming drilling of the Kingfisher well for Heritage may well prove critical in the decision about oil transport logistics.
