problem is Wogboy is that we MUST sell it to Vale if they want it - no option to say no. Our only caveat is that is must be at "Fair Market Value".
The process is AQA and Vale both get independant valuations completed. If the valuations are more than 10% different then a third valuation is done - and we MUST sell at that price to Vale...
I think it will be at least $400M and that there is more to the AMCI deal than has been reported. Although I am a bit concerned there might have been some dodgy deals between AMCI and Vale - i.e. AMCI gives a great price to Vale on this and Vale helps AMCI out with some other project...which = screw AQA with a low valuation precedent for the project...
