I started buying in October 10 through to Jan 11, then didn't buy again until Feb 12 to average down. I bought just before the top and held all the way. I will admit if I knew it was going to fall this much I would have bailed so so long ago and bought back in.
Hindsight is 20/20, but I feel that Conti is so much better placed now than it was back in Jan 10. I certainly don't think Conti is worth 24.5 cents, but it doesn't matter what I value it at.
With the new board members, I think they can really make a difference. These announcements we're waiting for were made before these new directors came on.
Personally I think we have to wait and see what these new appointees can do. They are leaders in the industry and scored lots of runs with their previous companies.
