Guns how when did we find out that the money was held by the chinese?

Guns how how long has van-mag been finalised with an irrevocable bank gaurentee and no mention of the chinese holding the funds.

Yes you posted that ccc , the company that people are invested in borrowed money from range because they needed it.

I would agree that the funds in question are more important than van-mag because without them I would say they are toast.
