The SP of HTW has reached that of VCR. If your lucky you might be able to do the switch now and make back your losses. Oh....there might be one problem LIQUIDITY!! You might have a problem unwinding your large positions in VCR without forcing the price down. Even if there were a large parcel for sale in HTW it would most happily get snapped up.

It makes no difference anyway. Your SP looks like crap and unless you can raise more funds. The IBanks are saying buy VCR and it keeps falling. Maybe they are trying to talk it up so they can get a placement away?

I wonder how hard it would be for HTW to raise capital?

Money flow in relative terms in out of VCR and into HTW.
