Looks like its being set up for a TO. More value in the brand and equity than MC presents, irrespective of sales at this point in time. Plus they have 30% share in The Daily Edited that has increasing revenue of $19M. If you could snap this up around this price, pick through the bones of it, there is value here I believe.

I hope whoever does buy it reverts back to the brand core which made it iconic and not cheapened like it is now. Needs a decent cash injection to get this horse back on the track.
