Jason Brewer is sill a director of CCC for now. He is there until DW Corporate and Villae Main gets over the transition stage.

The OKAP related people still have a significant portion in CCC so while you cull Peter Landau, Jane Flegg but they still have Jason Brewer on board. After all Brewer was at the head the helm of CCC for all the previous years.

I have been involved with a few companies that go through these transition phases. Usually there is one director from the old mob that we keep and when the time is right this person will also tender his/her resignation.

Whether this is 3,4,5,6+ months down the track ... depends on the certain company and circumstance.

Right now CCC is attempting a turnaround. They still have an uphill battle in terms of its debt. Whether CCC will turn around is still to be seen and the next 6 months or so will be crucial.
