I'm in EVS, a company that just won 2.5m worth of work directly as a result of COVID19, and is likely to win much more work. The SP went sideways and down, and that's absolutely enormous news.
Even if VMT was to get great news, I dont think it's going to jump anything like how it was - we're in a different market now.
