If I was Vodafone customer and had this problems my personal detail given away to others....I would join the class action and sue them and would never ever goes back and will break the contract and join other providers...TLS or optus and not mucking around with 2nd class and small providers....
I don't care paying a little more for better service and reception etc rather than joining 2nd or 3rd class providers smaller and cheaper.
In life one has to pay for quality.....money....CASH...is the KING and NEVER LIES...pay cheap...you get....cheap.
TLS probably will get the most Vodafone customers.
Smaller providers are mainly re sellers??
Over the years I have tried Others coming from TLS and I am so glad going back to TLS more so after finding out "the cheaper rates" after all cost me more.
I am not in love with TLS and holding TLS and trade TLS to make money when the job is done I will be out but for my mobile...internet...land line I will stay with TLS for a long long time.
