Over many years the various employers I've had have moved me between Telstra, Optus and Vodaphone. Without a doubt, Telstra is BY FAR the better mobile network. I even carry Optus and Telstra 3G cards and have given up on the Optus card because the coverage is limited in coastal and country areas. With Telstra recently employing some marketing guru to ramp up their sales, IMO you can expect to see a "Jetstar" type brand being announced... and then watch the Gen Y's jump from Vodafail. Mind you...perhaps I'm only there for the 28c dividend!
