Those that are renting in Perth and the outer suburbs are now in a desperate situation of going for it now or being priced out of the market for good. This is only the start of the upturn and is only just recovering from the peak of 2006-2007 It will go much higher than the previous peak with such low interest rates and high demand from immigration.

It's a very good time to be property owner in Perth at the moment. The peak is probably 2 years and 30 to 40% higher than today.
