They still have at least 1 more associate who hasn't accepted. The trading pattern indicates that their associate is still buying, so WNI will extend for another month and without a doubt will continue to extend until the 12 months runs out.

They mightn't end up with the 90% they're seeking, but they'll still try to bore the hell out of holders and keep pushing the SP (and FRS's) down as far as they can. They're not picking up too many per day, but they'll keep doing it for as long as they can.
