I think there is a positive in the latest announcement for us remaing shareholders that the takeover offer is closing early. They cannot get many more shares, and at this rate must be under pressure from "associates" who paid $6+ to either on-sell WNI stake in BRM or get seroius about the offer and mop up the remaing 40%+ that they don't own. WNI share price reflects their misguided ambition.

We can wait it out for a sensible cash offer if they want our shares, which they need if they are going to realise any synergies with FRS.

Anyway I think its good news.
