Will water evapourate on the moon

Have created this new thread as i do not want to clog up the other CO2 thread  where I asked the same question

for where I asked

Land on the Moon and place a bowl of water facing the full sun.
No atmosphere on that moon.
What do you think will happen to that bowl of water?
