With regard to LWD and wireline logs.
Any well being drilled has a wellsite geologist on site and if they are any good they can do an initial petrophysic interp straight away, in actual fact the LWD data is normal fed straight into a computer display and various algorithms calculate in real time what the drill bit is drilling.
Data can be transmitted also in real time to Perth, it all depends if the operator want to pay for the satellite link
