When LRV purchased Hillgrove for $8m, they recorded this at the purchase price. Assets can be revalued and I hope LRV does this at some point. This will give a fair Net Asset Value.
There is an investment theory that the SP should reflect the net Book Value per share, and in LRV case it is much higher than the current SP.
