Do not expect the assets that LRV own to be revalued upwards. That isn't how accounting standards work. If you had a business where you built up a client base / brand you can incorporate a goodwill into the value but for Hillgrove the reason we got it so cheap is that rhe previous operators had basically all but fully depreciated / written down the value of the assets for tax purposes. For LRV the value of those assets on our balance sheet is $8million. Where an astute investor can leverage this is on the knowing that:

1. To replace these assets if we had to fund it generate d be $300m plus . . This would result in significant funding costs, potentially massive dilution and the biggest point . . Huge expense in the time to build.
2. The true value of these assets is not what they are worth (let's face it we are not going to be able to sell off the majority of it for what it's true value is) but what income they can generate and how fast they can be utilised. And if we use the PFS as a guide these $8 million of assets . . And another $80 odd million in capex can generate $150-$300m per year starting as soon as 12-16 mths time.
3. Add on expanded resource from current drilling and we are potentially sitting on a cash cow that will pay put for many many years.

any astute investor won't be valuing LRV on net asset backing so forget about thinking about asset revals and focus on what LRV will be producing and the $ they will get for that gold and antimony . . They are the number that will drive the value and the share price . . And for the record, imo, $250m p.a revenue (feasible) in 3 yrs time = company value in the 1-2billion range (current market cap $125m . . So . . 8x ($3plus) to 16x ($6 plus) in 3 yrs . .

yes there is some optimism in these values but they are very feasible imo
