the final hearing was/is set for 22nd/23rd oct, so if they come to a resolution fast and news of the outcome is available this could effect the sp.
alternatively, if the buy the rumour / sell the fact scenario could also come into play if the PTM is issued.
or
the PTM could in fact put a fire cracker under the sp.
so many possibilities - would you rather be in or out.
