    I think they are actually right to say fundamentals have not changed:

    It is pretty much the same loss-making local burger joint, with a valuation as high as the profitable McDonald's.

    Recent news is merely a trigger. It'll drop to where it belongs (burger joint level) irrespective of McDonald's decision.
