In reply to your 3rd point LOVECC, as they can always sell down their interest, having once obtained it.
Its more can they negotiate a 50 % initial interest.
In the past Cue has been the flea on the tail of the dog,in regards to Caterina, they are the dog.
This is their litmus test, for me at least.
