    Lot of people got caught in the run of the SP after the announcement about 4kgs per tonne of silver awhile ago, if memory serves right it ran to 40 odd cents. So lots of traders got caught out, IMO those still holding will still make money and if they are long term investors they could be averaging down their intial purchase costs with the he current market SP.
