    Had another look at announcement released 12 December 2008.
    Laufmann said:
    "However, at today's share price (32 cents), the Tampakan resource..is valued at approx US0.4 cents..this compares with more than US3.5 cents..at the targeted transaction price of A$1.28 per share..."

    By my calculation A$1.28 per share at US3.5 cents equates to A$0.14 per share at US0.4 cents.

    Tell me I'm wrong!
