Just got off the phone with a Nabtrade team manager Nick, lovely guy. Without investigating the matter into too much detail, and as a good will gesture, he actually compensated me for the difference between Friday's close and today's open for the BHP buy order I was unable to place Friday. He also followed through on his promise to compensate me for 2 missed trading opportunities on a gold stock Friday after their website was down and I was placed on hold for too long on the phone when I called them and had to pay more for the stock on 2 occasions. My faith in Nabtrade has been restored!!
