I think your right with that, after I got my shares have pretty much not received any information from them, till the other week when they emailed the prospectus, had not been on their website since I bought them till you mentioned that.

Last time I looked I recall they had some information on IPO and that is now gone, so you may be right, hard to recall but think the capital raising was about $5-6 million and they have about 1.3m left. Think they have dumped a lot into start up costs it seems, and they are aiming at around $15m raise, if you have it ready to go good chance to get in at .30c

Only about 15% in mm stocks, 15% in mining/retail/tech/consumer goods 70% in long term dividends

Dividends about 6% a year
