    So to answer your question AusCann does not have any licenses.

    Also there has not been an announcement from the company since 28/02/2017. (You can choose to read that as a good or a bad thing. No Good News....but no Bad News Either)

    So at this point the SP is based on the (Hyped)markets value as opposed to any fundementals.
