I expect to see the "new and improved" Ampella start to emerge in the next 6 months.

The last few months would have been a huge wakeup call to the management . You can't just let the ounces do the talking ! Not in this market.

I think the company is in the process of reinventing itself , with the main aim - To reinspire the market.

This will happen in a few key ways:

1. Better marketing and communication , which to this point , has been lacking. Better explanations of key points of conjecture are a required and will be delivered. This is a must.

2. Operational efficiency - AMX will substantially reduce its assay lead time and work to clear the assay backlog , with the use of its new prepping facility for samples. Plus, lab delays in BF have reportedly been easing and new labs are coming online in oogadugoo to ease the burden. This combined with now having the full desired quota of drill rigs onsite , will help to more effectively "explore and delineate" new deposits and increase the existing Konks deposit beyond 4mil/oz. Faster assay leadtimes = lessons faster learned and the drill bit better directed = the gold is where you find it !! , not just where the best looking surface rocks are.

3. Board restructuring - This has already commenced. Reconfiguration from a pure exploration team , to an "explore and develop" team. A few heavy hitters already on the board like Mansel, Anderson and Burkina's ex mining minister.


From the above, i'm expecting amx will acheive a few things in the next 6 months -

-Delineation of a second and/or third economical deposit(s) to highlight the multi project nature of batie west.
-PFS for Konkerra + satellite deposits , highlighting the project's huge profit potential, and dispelling of "chatroom myths"
-Higher news flow
-Better quality of news
-Above industry standards in reporting and marketing
-Marketing that targets the retail investors more specifically ( this is obviously the audience that has been most disgruntled/misguided )
-Faster addition and higher quality of ounces (through assay speed and lessons learned )
- Another bite at the "takeover cherry" from suitors
- A jorc of over 4mil/oz with upside from satellite oxide pods/deposits.

If AMX management can now stand and deliver on the above, they will have every chance of earning back the "market darling" tag, and a handsome marketcap to boot !!

They have the tools and talent at now at their disposal, now lets just hope the general market and POG can work in our favour from here.
