Gooch - good analysis but you are far too generous about management. By my back of the envelope AMX is now trading at an EV in the order of $12/exploration target and resource oz, below the average discovery cost of successful explorers. How can a competent Board and Management team allow itself to get into this situation? I know it is tough out there but the multiple is ridiculous and leaves AMX wide open to opportunists. Management cannot hide behind the market with an EV at this level. Comparables are trading in the $40 to $100 range - and often for lesser quantity and quality resource ounces.
