Hi William I also see few obstacles in the way of increasing production but that is only 1 of many of the obstacles AVR would face . If in AVR was in fact to attempt to market the TAVR I feel it will be in partnership with a existing company whom already would have a sizeable marketing dept with reps who already are recognised by doctors . This does not necessarily mean Edwards or Medtronic’s . IMO there are more who will come out with offers but my thoughts are AVR will be acquired . WP is quite aware of how these giants operate and quite frankly I can’t see them settling for 1/2 a stake in AVR . The obstacles that AVR would face to go it alone are daunting . It would take years to put together a marketing dept to take on these giants and then there’s the costs involved . The type of personnel required for marketing are virtually specialists in their own right not your normal rep and require huge salaries . Whatever happens it will be rewarding for investors GLTATH
