gee with ppt at 24 pdl shareholders are only getting 5.17 a share. pdl was trading at 8 dollars less than a year ago if this deal goes ahead then we're getting it cheap. but given the market is trading pdl at 4.70....many in the marker dont think that pdl shareholder's wil take the lower price of 5.17 for eqch share. most likely paid much more than that for their shares
