I should expand a bit on this.
This is the second time PPT has come back for a second bight of the cherry.
PPT board and CEO all proactively wanting this, PDL has now said OK.
Look at this through the prism of human psychology and game theory.
Hence whilst not zero risk, lower risk.
Then look at upside/downside risk return.
But again congratulations to Padbear. The first person to identify this.
