yea, i think the last of his credibility's gone. yesterday's rise was also on low volume, and in the end its really gonna be the world markets and other macro factors like oil and global warming attitude that will decide PEN's fate. At this stage I think any rallies will be sold down, because the macro charts have been smashed.

can't really fault PEN itself, great stock as I've always said by the work being done and their situation, but the U price and world factors will override all the hard work and research they and we could ever do.

still in a downtrend, and if ASX heads toward 3500 or even less you can expect PEN to be under 2c, and easily touch the 10 year lows of ~1.4c

If the ASX doesn't and keeps rising, I'd bet on PEN to succeed... one of these days...
