Hello.
The company has said that they have been approached by parties regarding offtake, but that they would like to find out more about the minerology studies done before talking seriously, so that they know what they're selling.
Given that Legend International has funded itself partly through offtake agreements, and Minemakers' capex is going to be very low, I would not expect the co. to come to the market for cash, and instead fund through forward contracts (or possibly loans).
