Agreed, China won't tariffs scrapped, but won't to continue manipulating their currency, stealing intellectual property etc. Trump won't stand for it, and not only will he not scrap the tariffs, he is going to get tougher. Both camps know a deal cannot be reached, so continue to posture. Truth is, no substantial deal will be forged with Trump admin abs things will sourer.
