3500: As mentioned earlier, I have sold down (with profit) my holding in SER, as - as a non-Australia based shareholder - I shall not have the equal benefit resp I do perceive a higher risk. I still have a very small stake and follow the further developments with interest, naturally.
I do realize that SER will still have a 20% stake in Mega and of course there is always the option to buy Mega stock directly on the Canadian stock exchange (if and when Mega does get listed). It would/will not be my only Canadian stock in my portfolio should I decide to purchase then.

You mention that SER "might end up" with "40 or 50%" of MEGA? IF that is the case, theoretically - if the WHOLE of MEGA would "only" be valued at C$ 70mio., SER could end-up - theoretically !! - with 100%?? Is that really true or is there a kind of clear percentage limit?

Also, what are persons expectations of SER's sp once the Uley value largely disappears, i.e. 80% of it? Somewhere between 2c and 5c perhaps?
