It is the terms of the Transfer Scheme that we will be asked to vote for that are vital.

In the Projects Review - "..shares in the demerged sub.will be acquired under a T.S. in exchanged for shares im Mega Graphite, if Mega G. obtains listing on the TSX...."

To me that means we are offered to vote to become a part of the listed entity after it is listed & sufficient time alld. to establish market value.

I dont see how there can be a IPO including our assets if we have not accepted the transfer & I understand that we will not be asked to transfer to an unlisted Mega - in the hope that all goes well.
