    3500, forgot to add the $1M cash payment from Mega. No doubt that will get burnt in OH and hopefully advancing other projects but post Mega IPO SER should have;

    Nominal $14m Mega stock
    $1M cash
    Uley royalty stream, call it $1M

    Total $16M - using your $20M that values remaining assets at $4M.
