Ric, the whole deal is predicated on an IPO or merger with a listed entity with built in valuation safe guards up until the point it trades on the open market.
As to what Mega brings to the deal I have been banging on about that for months but after a long conversation with MM I am satisfied that they have the assets, particularly tech & mktg, to pull this all together. Post: 7646741
As I concluded, SER is a spec stock and Mega will be the same but in a bigger market where success will potentially bring a greater reward.
If that doesn't suit you'll probably get a nice opportunity to sell in the next week or so.
