Think this world class resource mineral sands company is well and truly under the radar, probably a mixture of its recent restructure and separation of its gold asset. True it will have to raise more cash or joint venture the project but still compelling value imo. Mineral sands prices on the up.....think when brokers take a look and the dust settles we will see an upgrade.
