MDL have a lot of experience with mineral sands in NSW.

Iluka have stated that the demand for zircon for tiles, basins, toilets, baths is that strong they are rationing supply to their existing customers..

I have some shares in Iluka who mine & market mineral sands and the sp has gone up over 100% the last few months, as the price for these minerals has soared.

We should expect that very soon brokers will have MDL on their radar and the SP will take off. As we know they have already delineated the heavy metal deposit and they will be in production very soon.

MDL released a full Definitive Feasibility Study on 17 June 2010, which revealed details on
production, operation expenditure and capital spend.

Capital cost of $406m, construction to begin at start of Q2 of 2011 and production to commence end of Q2 2013 and a life of 14 years.
