Personally I strongly feel that Wellard's current business model will work out in the future, might not be the near future? I did hold some shares as well that is why I raise this question because I cares

Yesterday, I discussed with one of my friend about this share, and found out he hold some concerns which quite make sense.

environment risk is something business can not control, as well as people's appetite, or market demand.

But, there are some human created risks :
1. conflict of interests.
for example, Wellard can ship % of profit to its private entity by any means, and mark Wellard as negative profit or less profit.
Question: is there a way to monitor this? How transparent is Wellard's business structure now?
