They did raise last year. its just speculation. I don't shop at Westfield. nevertheless, while i am verybearish re shopping malls i do agree that over the next few years they will be bargain prices. Yup..... the strong will def consume the weak. Doubt WDC can sustain current divs. We'll see in August. But whilst i would not buy WDC concede it is highly unlikely to go bust.
