Offer is over in a couple of weeks, might as well wait and see, although I'm guessing the scumbags will just extend the date like last time.
Personally for me - Sell on market = Loss, Accept the offer = Loss.
I'd rather hold out and completely destroy my investment than chose one of the above options. At least Id have the satisfaction of annoying Wah Sham's management as long as possible :)
