I don't think they will keep extending it this time. I also think given Hang Long (SDL insider trading scam), ASIC may have been quietly ambushing WN this time to monitor any warehousing activites an irregularities (although there is a limit of what it can do in terms of overeseas jurisdiction).

They really need to wrap things up swiftly if all that stuff about negotiations with 3rd parties have any substance and the need to have a unifed register.

For the ones who hold out now (the vast majority IMO) are not going to budge no matter what give and take a few more weeks.
