well WSA can sell out to a bigger IGO or even BHP, but this lessens the investible universe. On the other hand in mining scale is important. I think WSA could takeover/merge with SGQ to build a bigger footprint of resources. Then you have to consider how/where to process these resources. And that means a WSA/SGQ combination could build a refinery and maximise the return rather than just on-selling the raw material to a processor ( also IGO/BHP ). As a WSA holder i prefer the WSA/SGQ takeover/merge option.
I hold only WSA, but may consider buying into SGQ as a side option.
