Why not accept the offer if the Scheme of Arrangement is approved !

GFF has been a basket case for a long time . Huge losses no dividend and no prospects of a dividend.

The current management entered with a 'fan fair' but nothing has happened. Good brands and assets sold off - dud business retained.
GFF continued baking and selling bread to the big supermarkets at either break - even or at a loss. The baking business should have been the first business sold of or closed.

Let hope the current acquirers don't walk away at this late hour!
