Didn't the deal entail the final two quarters (September and December Quarters) to be acceptable to Wilmar, or they could walk away from the deal? Seem to recall reading that somewhere, though not being a shareholder I haven't followed it that closely.

I hate to think what would happen to the share price if Wilmar do change their mind, if those two Quarters results don't come up to the mark. My guess would be a sub 40 cents share price.
