Not sure about the Sept and Dec Qtr but I do know that the agreement was that EBITDA couldn't change (drop) by more than 30%. The board has stated that the deal is still on so I can only assume the business is still hitting its hurdles.
My frustration lies in the fact that the Chinese Government is taking so long to approval the deal. this doesn't make sense to me normally the Chinese are all for control. My sceptical view would say that the bidders have intentionally asked for a long review so that GFF can generate more cash and pay down some debt so they dont have to deal with it.
