if 40 was in charge you'd get 15% gst or even 20% gst but you'd also get such low income taxes everyone would want to work. oh and teddy would scrub all money for doing nuffing and make the buzzards turn up every day to do some municipal or such 'craft work' in order to enjoy eating !

40 would be tuff but that's why no one wants to vote for him, apart from teddy and all his cuddly mates that is.
