No partners confirmed for a year.
Mysteriously got thrown out of court after a year wait for now apparent reason.
Other projects seemingly just disappeared of the face of the planet.
Landlocked,
behind in government negotiations that started a year after partnership discussions came and possibly went by the looks.Saner doesnt appear to be in any "secreat meetings"Bauxite project too
Partners of bauxite possibly starving LIN in that check mate position
Bauxite ports full.
Little room to allow a new kid to add to the ques.
Political corruption and governments overthrown.
Chinese construction company seemingly disappeared.
No one can answer to the hows and whys of any of these...
Expert here tells us that even he has no hope for LIN and he feels the project wont be going ahead without very deep pockets, luck and hopefully a partner of which we have have seen no interest from for a year or two..
