" ... rapid share price rise as cash inflows anticipated ... " - Keep that in mind! So, not before Q2/2018. Until that I guess we can be happy with reaching something in a range up to .50 (depending on companies development) .... and finally I think possibility of a RS from mid 2018 on is increasing.
